Channeling Through the Heart: A New Lesson in Galactic Communication

Have you ever played the childhood game of Telephone? You know, the one where someone whispers a word or sentence into another person’s ear, who then whispers it to the next person, and so on. By the time the message reaches the last person, everyone laughs at how much it has changed from the original.

Well, that’s a little like what channeling the Z-Team and other galactic beings has felt like over the past few months. Except, instead of simply passing along words, I’ve been learning to communicate through frequencies, and discovering just how important the human heart is in that process.

The Beautiful Dance of Heart-Centered Channeling

Channeling Zorian has always happened through my heart.

He creates a field of energy where my heart finds love, rest, and peace. Within that field, my own higher consciousness expands, allowing my light to mingle with Zorian’s. Together, that light rises through my vocal cords, and I begin to speak.

But I’m not simply speaking his words. I’m expressing his frequency.

This form of communication has been a beautiful dance between myself, Zorian, and the Z-Team. There is a natural flow to it, a feeling of trust and connection that allows the communication to unfold without effort.

And that’s how it worked beautifully—until something changed.

A New Frequency Arrives

Recently, I was visited by a frequency I had never experienced before.

Over time, I’ve learned to recognize the feeling of galactic energy within my body as a sign of initial contact. So, when I felt this new presence calling, I immediately entered my meditative trance and began asking questions.

They introduced themselves as Centaurians and explained that they were here to teach me telepathy so they could communicate through me.

What I didn’t fully understand at the time was what I experienced as adjustments being made to my physical brain and neurological system.

Unlike Zorian, who communicates through my heart-field, the Centaurians were communicating through my mind-field. I understood that they were helping to rearrange neural pathways to make telepathic communication easier, while also helping me release limiting beliefs I still carried around channeling.

Now, that all sounds fine and dandy, doesn’t it?

Except there was one problem.

I was getting terrible headaches whenever I communicated with them.

I was excited about this new connection and everything I might learn, but I also knew that my physical body needed to be honored in the process.

How could I remain open to this new form of communication while also feeling safe and comfortable in my own body?

I didn’t have the answer. But luckily, I knew someone I could ask.

A Simple Answer That Changed Everything

I had the opportunity to speak with Zazar, who channels through Dr. Marilyn, of The Shift.

I asked Zazar the very question that had been weighing on my heart: How could I continue communicating with the Centaurians without experiencing such physical discomfort?

His answer was beautifully simple.

Ask the Centaurians to channel through my heart, and allow Zorian to be the gatekeeper.

That was it!

Such a simple, direct answer, yet it unlocked something important within me.

I realized I didn’t need to change the way I had always connected with Zorian. I needed to honor it.

My heart had always been the foundation of my channeling. Why would this new relationship need to be any different?

So, I established new boundaries for my channeling.

What the Centaurians Are Learning About the Human Heart

From my experiences communicating with them, I understand the Centaurians to be a technologically advanced and mentally focused species of human-like beings.

They have so much to teach us about telepathy, consciousness, and the possibilities of communication beyond spoken language.

But, we have something to teach them, too. The human heart.

Now, when I communicate with the Centaurians, which happens almost every day, I invite them to enter through a corridor of light within my heart-field. Zorian remains the gatekeeper, helping me maintain the boundaries of this sacred space.

And from what I understand, this way of communicating is new for them, too!

What began as an uncomfortable experience has become an opportunity for mutual learning. Rather than simply receiving information from another species, we’re discovering how to create a relationship that honors both of our ways of being.

A Relationship of Mutual Discovery

This experience has reminded me of something I continue to learn on my own journey of awakening: expanding our consciousness doesn’t mean abandoning what makes us human.

Perhaps our humanity, and especially our capacity to connect through the heart, is one of the greatest gifts we bring to these multidimensional relationships.

We don’t have to give up our boundaries to remain open. We don’t have to push through discomfort to grow. And we certainly don’t have to assume that beings with different abilities or technologies have nothing to learn from us.

There is beauty in the exchange.

I look forward to discovering how this evolving relationship with the Centaurians will continue to unfold, what we will learn from one another, and how these experiences might serve both humanity and our galactic friends.

After all, isn’t that what conscious connection is really about? Learning, growing, and expanding together, through the heart.
