From Night to Day on the Edge of the Year
A Reflection from My Heart to Yours
As I closed out the “9” year of completion in 2025; and welcomed forward the “1” year of fresh
starts in 2026, I found myself sitting in a soft space of gratitude, wonder, and reverence for all that
has unfolded and is coming my way. Going from one year to the next—it’s a threshold. A
moment to rest your hand on the doorway between who you have been and who you are
becoming.
Through Rising From Within, I’ve had the honor of walking alongside so many of you as we
explored remembrance, healing, and embodied presence. Together, we’ve created spaces of
safety and curiosity—through meditations, workshops, transmissions, art, and conversations that
felt more like homecoming than learning.
Some of the quiet accomplishments of this year feel especially tender to name:
- Deepening the work of personalized meditations and soul-guided offerings, meeting
people exactly where they are - Expanding my creative and energetic work through art, light language, and Unity Field
Healing - Sharing my story more openly—especially my lived experience of Oversoul embodiment

the human
Each of these moments—big and small—has been shaped by presence rather than pressure. And
for that, I’m deeply grateful.
